German Minister for Europe Anna Luhrmann spoke out after the diplomatic scandal of the Government of Republika Srpska, which declared persona non grata, and a series of insults to Milorad Dodik.
- Today I was in Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a beautiful city with great people. The people I met there welcomed me warmly. I had a series of excellent meetings with civil society and the opposition. Dodik's secessionist actions are unacceptable - said Luhrmann.
