Germany: Neonacist pleaded as a woman to relate in a female prison

German Neonacist Sven Libih, a former member of the prohibited Land Group Blood and Honor, will serve a prison sentence in a woman prison. Namely, he used the new law that allows a change of sex in the parent service without a court decision.

Libih is 2023. sentenced to 18 months in prison for more crimes. Among them are encouraging to hatred, defamation and insult.

After the appeal was rejected, he was officially registered in late last year as a woman, using the provisions of the Self-Detigation Act, which in Germany entered into force in November.

According to the list of phase, Libih will serve the penalty in the Chemnica prison, in the Federal State of Saxony.

For that reason, he is now in the public as Marla Svenje, he wears women's clothing and makeup, but still keeping the mustache.

Libih has been photographed in the past with the Nazi tape on his hand on the gatherings of the right-handers, where the participants marched in black clothes with flags in red and white black colors. The bar wrote "Sicherheits-Abteilung" (SA), which is associated with Hitler's assault.

Although it now claims that the change of half was necessary to avoid discrimination in the male prison, the media reminds that the same man burned the flags of the LGBT community and transgender.

The Prosecutor's Office in Saxony announced that the prison authorities would assess whether his accommodation endangers security and order in the institution. In that case, it can be transferred to another institution.
