Candidate for Constitutional Court Judge Snezana Armenko, DPS Epistle to Jovanka Lalicic asked if the Constitution was violated by banning the use of the Jotovan version of the Montenegrin language in RTCG, noting that Jotovan version could be used in the minority nation program.
"Through the persecution of the Jotovan version of the Montenegrin language, the persecution of the Montenegrin language is made. They are trying to assimilate Montenegrin and Montenegrins," Lalicic said.
Armenko said that, given the position of candidates, she should not comment on cases concerning constitutional assessment.
"I think the case was formed before the Protector's Institution related to the case of the Jotation, so I would not have to hurt the secrecy of the procedure," Armenko said in Parliament.
