Deripaska's defeat in court is an indication that the DPS government acted legally and in the interest of the state

Oleg Deripaska's latest defeat against the state of Montenegro before the Supreme Court in Sweden once again showed that the previous DPS governments in the case of the Podgorica Aluminum Plant, privatization and the Settlement Agreement did everything within the framework of domestic and international laws and rules, said the candidate for member of the list "Together! For the future that belongs to you - Danijel Živković" Mihailo Anđušić.
Andđušić said that this is also a defeat for certain media outlets that announced hundreds of millions of euros in compensation that the state will have to pay, accusing and judging in advance.
Now it has finally been confirmed that according to CEAC and the En plus group, Montenegro did not violate the contract, nor the provisions of domestic and international legislation in this area, but rather that CEAC did not fulfill its obligations. Precisely thanks to the responsible attitude of the previous governments, KAP avoided shutting down in 2005 as well as in 2009, when the Settlement Agreement was signed due to the global economic crisis, which hit the aluminum and steel industry the most - Anđušić said.
