The first step should be the appointment of judges of the Constitutional Court and the repeal of the Law on the President, said European Commission spokeswoman Ana Pisonero Hernandez.
"We were clear in our public position. The responsibility for getting out of the deadlock and ending the crisis is borne by the political actors in Montenegro," said EC spokeswoman Ana Pisonero Hernandez.
"The EU is closely monitoring the situation in Montenegro," the European Commission (EC) said.
He points out that the first step should be the appointment of judges of the Constitutional Court and the repeal of the law on the president.
"The EU calls on all political actors to reach a quick de-escalation and an agreement on the solution to the current political impasse, in order to advance the desire of the citizens of Montenegro to join the EU," said Pisonero.
