We are monitoring the situation in Montenegro and we want the Constitutional Court to be formed as soon as possible and presidential elections to be prepared. Croatia also wants Montenegro to hold parliamentary elections and to elect the government that Montenegrin citizens want - a pro-European one - Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman told Montenegrin journalists in Munich.
He points out that only a pro-European-oriented government will continue the path of realizing the European perspective, because two years were missed due to the unstable situation.
And the European Union needs to be more present in the Balkans, and I agree with Mr. Đukanović that the absence of more intensive EU action has slowed down some processes - says Grlić Radman.
