Marked 30 years since the kidnapping in Štrpci: A crime that must not be forgotten

The laying of wreaths on the "Hour of Life" memorial to the victims of kidnappings in Štrpci in Bijelo Polje marked 30 years since that crime.
The president of the Forum of Bosniaks, Mirsad Rastoder, said that after taking them out of the train, innocent people were killed and thrown into the Drina, and that their bodies are probably in Lake Perućac.
This is confirmed by the fact that the remains of four passengers were found in Lake Perućac in 2009 and 2010. We must send a message to those advocating the Open Balkans, let them first open Lake Perućac and find the remains that the villains threw into the Drina - said Rastoder.
Demir Ličina spoke on behalf of the victims and their families, who said that they just want justice, which they have been waiting for thirty years, to finally be brought to an end.
The justice that we have been striving for and looking for for 30 years, which unfortunately only briefly saw the light of day, and we hope that this will finally and definitively be resolved, we will not allow the crime that happened to be forgotten, because we will not have a free future if we forget this. We have this as a bequest and an obligation to those who suffered so that we must never forget it - said Ličina.
