MP Boris Mugoša of the Social Democrats (SD) said that the dangerous and untrue thesis of the Movement Europe is now about "imputing responsibility to one nation" for genocide, and that this is fueling divisions and fueling tensions.
Mugoša commented on the last press release of the PES Parliamentary Club, in which they said that they respect all the resolutions adopted in the Montenegrin parliament that also refer to the genocides committed in our region in the previous period, but, as they say, they do not support that the responsibility imputes to any nation.
How senseless and manipulative this PES statement is about "imputing responsibility to any nation" is shown by what we wrote in the Parliamentary Resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica, which was adopted by the Parliament in mid-2021 with a greater than two-thirds majority: "The Assembly of Montenegro condemns attempts to attribute responsibility or guilt to Serbs, Bosniaks, Croats or any other people for genocide, crimes against humanity or other crimes, because responsibility can be exclusively individual, and no people can be labeled as genocidal or criminal". Unfortunately, this dangerous and untrue thesis about "imputing responsibility to one nation" is exactly feeding divisions and fueling tensions... - stated Mugoša on the X network.
