Raonic's employment contract adopted at the Council session: He will receive 3,500 euros, travel allowances, will use an official vehicle...

General director of RTCG Boris Raonic is entitled to the agreed monthly salary, which is obtained by summing the basic salary for full-time work and standard work performance (job complexity coefficient 20.75) and two average net earnings in RTCG from the previous month, according to the employment contract which was adopted by the RTCG Council at today's electronic session.

The contract was delivered to the media by Council member Marijana Camović Veličković, who asked if Raonic's work was really worth 3,500 euros.

"Since there is a Collective Agreement in the Public Service which stipulates a job complexity coefficient of 20.75 for the position of general manager (as stated in the proposal of the employment contract), the employment contract must state that this is the salary of the general manager. Increased for past work. And that's it. In this case it would be about 1,850 euros in the net amount (plus past work), the gross amount is about 2,500 euros. I remind you that this amount is increased every month two average earnings in RTCG from the previous month. Or in money for at least 1,600 euros each, which is almost doubling the earnings of the general manager of RTCG? I am asking everything because you represent the public's interest which Camović Veličković sent to the Council.

She says such wages would be illegal and against the collective agreement.

"Pure discrimination against all other employees in the RTCG as well as in the public sector. There must be a rule for the awarding of incentives, a measurable system of work performance from month to month... All this does not exist in this case, and if we add the intention that from the Statute of the RTCG delete the provisions that oblige the general director to submit a report on the work to the Council, the purpose of the Council's existence is completely nullified, and the general director is a person who literally does not submit an account to anyone for his work. It is clear that this has been done for the past three years year because we never received that report on the work, but at least there was a formal obligation in the Statute, purely for the Council not to be an ordinary shell," stated Camović Veličković.

The general director, as stated in the contract, has the right to compensation for official trips in the country and abroad in the amount of the standard daily wage and the right to recognition of all documented expenses related to travel expenses and business representation.

Also, Raonic has the right to: free use of an official vehicle, free use of an official mobile phone and insurance like all RTCG employees and appropriate professional training at the expense of RTCG.

Raonic, as stated, does not have the right to an increase in salary based on overtime, night and holiday hours worked, as well as the right to an increase in salary based on the variable part of the salary.

The contract also states that RTCG is obliged to assign the General Director to a position that corresponds to his level of professional training, knowledge and abilities at the end of his term of office, in accordance with the Law, the collective agreement of RTCG and the general acts of RTCG.

The contract can be terminated even before the end of the mandate. In that case, the General Director is entitled to 6 of his total gross monthly earnings that preceded the month in which the contract was terminated.
