RTCG refused to submit information on management earnings, claim that they were personal data

RTCG is finally, with violation of legal deadlines, "responded to the request for free access to management, but refusing that the data is submitted with the explanation that" most of the employees' personal data requirers.

This was announced from the Center for Civic Education (CCE), which referred the request to the public service.

The CGO is commenting to the RTCG document signed by the Director General Boris Raonić, said that the public service seems to have an increasingly pronounced problem in reading and understanding the law.

CGO reminds that the Corruption Prevention Agency (ASK) warned RTCG, the SECRETAR, the members of the Radio and Television, the Editors of the Program, as well as members of the Programming Commission in the Albanian language and requested to submit reports on income and property.

The illegal Director of the RTCG was recently in the Radio of Montenegro saying "If anyone would get someone in this television 2500 EUR salary, it is simply nonsens ..." I remind him that his earnings, according to public available data, 3482 EUR is probably one of the largest in the public sector. There is no reasonable law that the public does not know how much his first associates earn, in order to make this parameter during the assessment of the money that citizens and citizens invest in RTCG and what they receive in terms of protection and affirmation of the public interest.
