After the tense session of the Constitutional Committee, at which a smoke bomb was thrown, the parliament building is in turmoil.
The police have also arrived at the Parliament.
During the continuation of the session, the Speaker of the Parliament, Andrija Mandić, tried to read the decision of the Constitutional Committee.
The opposition then banged on the cases and chanted "treason, betrayal".
"Gentlemen from the DPS, I am issuing you a warning," said Mandić with a smile.
"I inform you that the Constitutional Committee has proposed that the termination of the function of judge Dragana Đuranović be noted, because she has fulfilled the conditions for retirement," read Mandić, after which he adjourned the session and announced that it would continue tomorrow.
