I have energy for 100 mandates but should have a measure

The President of the Paralympic Committee of Montenegro Igor Tomić and will perform this function next four years, was decided on the Assembly of the roof sports association of persons with disabilities.

Tomic was the only candidate for the President, and he received the unanimous support of the General delegates. The Assembly unanimously appointed the Board of Directors, in whose composition, except Tomić, more Ratko Radović, Vladan Nikolić, Veselin Vukovic and Dejan Bašanović.

Tomic thanked the delegates for support, stating that he was proud of the successes realized with a joint work.

- Thank you once again in the trusted confidence for another paralympic cycle to Los Angeles in 2028. Years. Wholesale and sincerely thanks for all what we have done together in the past 20 years. I am especially proud of the cycle behind us - Tomić said after a session and reminded that the POC was realizing more than 250 activities in the past four years, of which in 195 were of an international character.

"The medals of our competitors were involved in large numbers of large international competitions, with special pride in two Paralympic Filipa Radovićs conquered on the Games in Tokyo 2021. and Paris 2024. Years - said Tomić.

Tomic reiterated that he was proud to have done it all together, as a big family.

- That gave me the wind in the back for the next, four-year term, on the way to Los Angeles. It will be my last term, as president of the Paralympic Committee. Working with you in this ambience, I have energy for 100 mandates, but I think that man, and I learn all these years my students and athletes, my children must have a measure - said Tomic.

The first man of the POC emphasized that he is sure that in the next four years, it can finally systematically strengthen and tap the paralympic path path.

- With its results and the relationship, primarily towards the state of Montenegro, and according to everyone, the POK deserved it. I am sure that after Los Angeles, my heir or heirs, to continue this amazing story called the Paralympic Movement of Montenegro - said Tomić that he was glad that the Assembly was held at the Kids and Young Youth Center Podgorica, Stating that he started his most beautiful professional and life story more than 21 years ago.

- I will end that story to the end of my work and life of life together with you at the Resource Center. We created all this together and go further together, in new terms, victories and paralympic cycles. Thanks again for the trust and sincerity, which you woke up in this story and family - said Tomić.

A report from the Paralympic Games in Paris, the head of the Miloš Ranitović mission was also adopted at the session.

The session was attended by all 17 delegates, as much as the Assembly of the POK.
