Trump did not invite Putin to his inauguration on January 20

Newly elected US President Donald Trump did not invite Russian President Vladimir Putin to his inauguration on January 20, the Kremlin announced.

"No, he did not send an invitation," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, answering a journalist's question.

US media claim that Trump invited Chinese President Xi Jinping to the inauguration.
