Budva Our city "Nikola Jovanović accused the President of the Andrija Mandic Assembly, the news of the newspaper building in the state land of the Beach Zagorje Sand in the Budva municipality.
Jovanovic asked the holder of the Budva Budva, Mladen Mikielj, whether he knows whose facility, as well as whether it was a wild building in the Platamuni Nature Park.
"Is this the fact that Mladen Mikielj is hiding? The building was built on a plot 891/1 in the Protected Order of the Platamuni Nature Park," Jovanovic said.
He showed the excerpt from the planning document, stating that this is proof that the facility was built in the protected area.
Jovanovic also showed a leaf of real estate stating that the land owner is the state, and that the facility is kept in the name of the Vojislav Beverage, which Jovanovic claims that Mandic's friend is.
"Andrija Mandić and his family are the vantney owners of this facility that is in the immediate protected zone of nature parks," Jovanovic added.
He called on the competent institutions to examine his claims, and said that Mikijelj was familiar with this, but to protect the interests of his party head of Mandic.
