The White House actually posted (and) posted this image

AUTHOR:M.J. GDNUS

A photo of US President Donald Trump generated by artificial intelligence was posted on the official White House profile on the X platform. It shows him as a Jedi knight from the Star Wars film series - with a red lightsaber, a muscular body in a dark cloak. In the background, two American flags and bald eagles are visible.

The occasion for the post is May 4th, which is celebrated in the Anglo-Saxon world as "Star Wars Day" - because of the play on words "May the 4th be with you", which is reminiscent of the famous line from the series: "May the Force be with you".

The post reads: "Happy May 4th to everyone, including the radical leftist lunatics who are working so hard to bring back Sith Lords, murderers, drug lords, dangerous prisoners, and the notorious MS-13 gang members to our galaxy. You are not Rebels – you are the Empire. May the 4th be with you."

This is not the first time the White House has released AI-generated images of President Trump in symbolic roles. A few days ago, the official White House account published an image of Trump as the Pope, just days after the death of Pope Francis.

The post drew criticism from the Catholic Conference of New York State, which said it was a mockery of religion. At the time, former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi said that such images "offend believers and institutions."

The White House did not immediately comment on the criticism at the time, but said that President Trump personally attended Pope Francis' funeral in Italy and that he is a "strong advocate for religious freedom."
