Čelanović: We will continue the boycott campaign until a formal decision on postponement is made

The decision of the representative for the composition of the 44th government, Milojko Spajić, to postpone the census for a month is an indirect acknowledgment that the process is irregular - said Miloš Čelanović, general secretary of the Social Democrats (SD).
He said that he will continue with the boycott campaign until a formal decision is made to postpone the census.
In the program "I know you know" on City TV, he pointed out that the proposed period of one month is not enough to meet all the conditions that guarantee the regularity of the process.
Double enumerators, controllers, electronic identification should be provided as one of the most important conditions that guarantees the regularity of the process. Zeta has not yet demarcated from the Capital, which also applies to Tuzi, which has not demarcated either from the Capital or from Zeta. Therefore, these are parts for which we still do not know territorially to which border they belong, which is also a disturbance of regularity in those three municipalities - emphasized Čelanović.
He also points out that the opposition parties participate together in the implementation of the "Boycott" campaign.
The list is not a formal matter. Basically, it is the adoption of very important policies and development strategies, only that in normal and developed countries the census is used for the adoption of policies and development strategies of the society, and in our country it is for the counting of blood cells and the adoption of national policies - said Čelanović.
Spajić believes that the decision to postpone the census is actually the position of the Democratic Front (DF).
The outlines of how the new government will function are already visible, as the DF says and essentially the government will be managed by Andrija Mandić and Milan Knežević, not Spajić - believes Čelanović.
He says that this is a political government, not a minority one.
In which it is clearly known what belongs to which party in the government - he added.
He said that he believes in the institutions.
If we think that the court will give in under the pressure of Andrija Mandić, then we are in a big problem. The bigger problem is that Andrija Mandić is at the head of the Assembly. It is definite that the government will not be pro-European and pro-Western and that Montenegro is going in a different direction, and where it will take us, no one knows - concluded Čelanović.
