Former President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović congratulated all citizens on July 13 - Statehood Day.
Đukanović stated on Twitter that anti-fascism is an inseparable part of Montenegrin statehood.
It is an obligation, a duty and an honor to defend, affirm and modernize anti-fascism as one of the greatest achievements of our glorious history. I congratulate all citizens on July 13 - National Day. May it be eternal - said Đukanović.
