The President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, said that the published photos of alleged police torture affected him like any other citizen.
If it is true, it should be investigated and the person who did it should be punished, because this is not prescribed anywhere in the law giving the police powers. If it is not true, the matter should be brought to the end again - said Đukanović in an interview for TVCG.
When asked whether it is necessary to think about the possible responsibility of the people who staffed such policemen, Đukanović answers that it should definitely be investigated to the end.
I guess you don't expect to hear any other answer from me, or from any other person - said Đukanović.
