Institutions in Montenegro are blocked, while citizens are unable to exercise their basic rights, said Danijel Živković, head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).
This situation leads the country to a state of complete instability and creates a feeling of insecurity. That's why we all have to show greater responsibility in order to restore institutional order in the system. - said Živković on Twitter.
As he pointed out, the DPS insists that the judges of the Constitutional Court be elected as soon as possible and that the internal situation in the country be sorted out.
This is the first step towards solving the institutional crisis. I believe that after the extraordinary parliamentary elections, we will ensure the continuation of the European path and stable economic development. - he said.
