President of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Danijel Živković said in a guest appearance on the show “Slobodna zona” on Prva TV that Luka Bojović participated in the formation of the government in Podgorica and that he probably influenced it.

When asked by the host if Luka Bojović was the alleged head of the Zemun clan, if that is how the media is targeting him, Živković stated that he was. When asked if it was the same Zemun clan that supplied weapons to the Montenegrin State Security, Živković stated that this clan was connected to many criminal activities and was led by Milorad Ulemek Legija, who participated in the assassination of Zoran Đinđić. Whether members of this clan voted in Montenegro is a question that Živković avoided answering.

On the other hand, Živković said that DPS is a policy that does not talk about crime.

"In this situation, we can say that we have made a peaceful transition of power. Did we deny anyone the right to form a government," he asked, and the host reminded him of Đurović, Pajović, Džaković.

"When someone switches sides, it was corruption, and when someone from DPS switches sides, it is noble. We have three councilors in Kotor.... My right is to think that Luka Bojović formed the government in Podgorica. How can someone change their mind in two days? You had the same scenario in which various criminal structures outside Budva participated, which made it impossible to form a government in Budva. The thing is this - you cannot be the government unless the government is formed outside these structures," he said.

Živković also said that the DPS in Budva will vote for Petar Odžić for the Speaker of the Assembly.

"We have a situation where the elections in Budva have ended, we have certain deadlines, a session was scheduled and at that session the president of the Municipal Assembly was supposed to be elected. However, dissatisfied with the fact that Petar Odžić was supposed to be elected, the DF brings BIL people, they break into the Assembly building and do not allow the session to be held. They believe that they should be the government," said Živković.

When the moderator stated that the session was officially interrupted because the chairman resigned and returned, Živković stated that he gave examples of how someone behaves in a certain situation - Budva, Andrijevica, Šavnik, and that no one can be the government except, as he says, them.

"Now that parameter is exclusively on the representatives of the ZBCG coalition: Whoever has more supporters, he occupies the institutions of the system. Now you have a situation in which the Minister of Public Administration Maraš Dukaj sends a date, the Government says it cannot. The session was scheduled and you have a date, to be elected or not to be elected. What is controversial if the president of the Assembly is elected? If not, we are going to new elections," he said.

When asked if there is a majority in Budva - Živković stated that there is an obligation to respect legal norms and that he will see if there will be a majority in that city.

"If there is, you will see whether there is or not. In Podgorica you have a situation where there was a PZPG who claimed throughout the campaign that the government is no good. He was more critical than the representatives of the opposition. The Movement for Podgorica said that it was not satisfied with the functioning of the city administration, they would have remained in power with those they were with yesterday if it were not so. They also said that they would not communicate with those who trample on the Constitution. You also remember the statements of Mayor Mujović who said that he would not sit down with the PZPG at any cost. Well - we see what the electoral will of the citizens was according to that interpretation, that those who shortened their mandate were not satisfied with the exercise of that power and that they should form a government with the opposition," concluded Živković.
