The public now has a formal confirmation that the Prosecution selectively, the president of the Democratic Party of Socialists and a member of the Assembly Committee for Defense and Security Daniel Živković.
Živković, as he was announced in the DPS, commented from the various arches of the competent authorities, in cases where there is any doubt that the law violates the representatives of the government that does not belong to the ruling establishment.
As an example, the statement stated, the reaction of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, on the occasion of the Report of the Budget Inspection of the Ministry of Finance and the State Audit Institution, which determined the Minister Dragan Krapović and his two predecessors, and shared over three Million euros.
He compared the SDT relationship according to this case, with the arrest of Jelena Perović, the director of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, in the workplace, and with cameras due to reports of the same institution, but in which the damage is mentioned that is few dozen times less than that is specified in the case of the Ministry of Defense.

"This is a few tens of thousands of euros in the case of the Ministry of Defense and over 3m euros. Then someone asks us a question: why are you from the opposition to categorize the work of the prosecution as selective?! I'm setting the rhetorical question, the public: Jelena Perović was arrested in the workplace, television cameras, and persons with phantors and long pipes, as if a member of the largest drug cartel, and did not know what kind of crime! Now, a few months later we get the same opinion only for another institution. Since Jelena Perović was arrested because of the findings of the budget inspection, I now ask the question: Where is SDT, where they are phantors, where is television ....?, "Says Zivkovic.

And why is it so - because we heard that the VDT was elected the government of Montenegro. Of course, the VDT will protect the representatives of the authorities ... the stage is bare revachgism, which will receive their agreement. When you approach politics where you think the Prosecution is to be calculated with political competition about this you should think well, because when you do not act in previous cases, you discredit yourself and lose your right to talk about justice, "he said Živković.
