Živković: We have a plan to prevent bankruptcy and bad economic scenarios; Vuković: We will start Montenegro

V.D. the president of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Danijel Živković, said that for the previous two and a half years, they had devoted their attention to the defense of national interests, dismissed two governments, stating that this did not bring good to Montenegro.
Now we believe that we can offer concrete solutions. Montenegro is stopped in the integration process. One of the goals and measures of the program is to make Montenegro the first next member of the EU. I'm not saying this as a platitude, but based on the knowledge of the people on the list - said Živković at the press conference where the coalition "Together! For the future that belongs to you - Danijel Živković" presents the election program.
According to him, Montenegro is economically stalled both in the north and in the south.
Today, in the north, instead of resorts, in the south, instead of valorization, we see that Montenegrin is economically stalled and economically stagnant. We will present a new economic cycle and offer citizens realistic solutions - added Živković.
He notes that they have a plan to prevent bankruptcy and bad economic scenarios, and to ensure the presence of investors.
Through this, we can start a new economic value - emphasized Živković.
The list of the "Together" coalition, as he said, has five doctors of science, professors, masters who can offer new value to Montenegro.
Compromise is achieved through effort and work, we have learned from mistakes - we do not hide them and do not push them under the carpet - added Živković.
He called on citizens to think about who they will trust when they look at their offer.
We came up with the possibility to start the direction of Montenegro, on which it has stopped. We are not dealing with populism - without this coalition there is no stable government, and without a stable government there is no prosperity for Montenegro - Živković is explicit.
He said that he will manage the state's economy responsibly.
We will be serious about what trust is and we will not squander it. We have learned from our mistakes and on the basis of this program we will offer a better perspective to citizens - emphasized Živković.
In his opinion, the change of government did not bring anything good.
That's why I urge the citizens to think carefully about whom they will trust on June 11. The fate of Montenegro depends on this - said Živković.
Vuković: Montenegro is standing still, and we will move it
The vice-president of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Ivan Vuković said that the program of the coalition gathering around that party testifies that they gathered not because they think it will be easy to fix the situation in which Montenegro is.
On the contrary, as he said, it will be difficult to do that work.
As a result of the irresponsibility of the current and previous governments, Montenegro has been stopped on the path to integration, the economic development of the country has been stopped... Montenegro is standing still, and we will start it. Not with populist slogans, not by pouring from empty space, not by insulting people's intelligence, but by hard work - said Vuković.
Milović: Average gross earnings will be 50 percent higher
Full professor at the University of Montenegro, Nikola Milović, said that the situation in which Montenegro finds itself is the motive for being here.
As a professor at the Faculty of Economics, I have a responsibility towards my profession, but also towards our children and our future. The situation is like that because the previous two and a half years have shown that those who were in power do not know how to manage the country's economy. My motive is to change the situation because our knowledge will lead to the goal - that every individual be economically independent, to have a life worthy of the European standard of living - he assessed.
He said that he will start an investment cycle worth one billion euros and significantly improve the business environment in order to encourage economic growth, create new jobs and provide higher budget revenues.
He claims that as a result of greater economic growth and added value, the average gross earnings in Montenegro will increase by 50 percent.
We will reduce the profit tax rate for legal entities to nine percent and abolish the obligation to pay this tax for IT companies - said Milović.
Mugoša: The state of social justice is a moral imperative
MP Boris Mugoša of the Social Democrats (SD) said that a state of social justice is a moral imperative for everyone involved in politics. The quality of the state, he points out, is measured by the attitude towards the most vulnerable categories.
In the previous two years, we had a drastic increase in costs, double-digit inflation. We have become the most expensive country in the region, we have over 6,000 MOP users, we have 40,000 pensioners with the lowest pension, 60,000 citizens with minimum earnings. Every fifth citizen is at risk of poverty. There was a lack of adequate support towards those towards whom it should have been the greatest. That's why we have to create realistic measures to improve life - said Mugoša.
Eraković: The health system is on its knees
DPS MP Jevto Eraković said that the health care system shows that we are at the very bottom.
We will try to restore the dignity of citizens, patients, and healthcare workers that was destroyed in previous period. Our health care system is on its knees. Waiting lists are never longer, and the availability of medical services is never worse - said Eraković.
