A new Government was elected with the Prime Minister ignoring regulations and violating the Constitution

The 44th Government of Montenegro was voted. 46 voted for it and 19 against, with one abstention.
Prime Minister Milojko Spajić took the oath, which reads: "I swear that I will perform my duties according to the Constitution and the law, honorably, responsibly and conscientiously."
Spajić said that they wrote down everything they heard.
We have noted everything and will respond to all of them in a timely manner. If there were harsh words and inappropriate smiles, I am a person who approaches things in a positive way. Thank you to all the MPs - Spajić said.
DPS MP Danijel Živković said that they made mistakes while they were in power
We will pay a certain price for those mistakes, but what is happening today, don't think that it won't come back - he said.
Živković said that he knew that the Government would be elected, but they needed to exchange arguments and give answers to certain questions.
If democracy works in this way, then Montenegro is not written well - he added.
He said that Spajić will receive fewer votes for the exposé than Mandić received for the election of the President of the Assembly.
He said that Montenegro is not getting a European but an anti-European, anti-Montenegrin and pro-Russian Government, adding that the previous one stopped European integration in Montenegro.
He said that the Government will not last long, because it was built on bad foundations,
There are no functions and chairs to maintain what you proposed in the exposition - he concluded.
SD MP Boris Mugoša asked Spajić why DF was not immediately allowed to enter the Government.
What do you give them a year? To be better? Or to make them worse, so that there is no reconstruction. That is not clear to me and I say again that it is not a healthy partnership - Mugoša said.
He said that it is not decent to have 19 ministers and five vice presidents.
And the fact that in a year we will have 23 ministers and five vice presidents, that's madness - added Mugoša.
He said that the exposé is full of nice sentences, but there is no way to implement it, adding that the main challenges the population faces are not mentioned in the exposé itself.
