While losing control of the political situation in Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, through his political puppets, last night introduced Montenegro into a zone of complete blockade.

Today, a new phase of the coup d'état was carried out in the Parliament of Montenegro.

The Constitutional Committee, headed by an official of the party led by the Chetnik duke Mandić, brutally trampled on the Constitution of Montenegro by assuming the powers of the Constitutional Court.

The constitutional coup that took place today at the Constitutional Assembly Committee will not only result in the removal of unsuitable judges of the Constitutional Court, but also in the introduction of a state of emergency in the country.

Without any control, those who in 2016 tried to change the state framework of Montenegro through a violent coup have tonight created a climate in which they will carry out everything they failed to do in 2016 and what they failed to do after the Litija counter-revolution: the negation of the Montenegrin state language while introducing Serbian as the official one, the introduction of the tricolor and other symbols of the Serbian world instead of what symbolizes the thousand-year-old Montenegrin history until the referendum, the return of the Karađorđević Chapel on Lovćen, the introduction of dual citizenship, the meaninglessness of the electoral process - ultimately the disappearance of Montenegrins and all others who fought for the peaceful and democratic restoration of Montenegro in 2006.

Tonight's high treason is the latter alarm for all individuals in power to join the resistance to preserve basic constitutional values, to restore the lost rule of law, for the European future of Montenegro and civil peace. This is not an inter-party struggle, but a struggle for bare survival. Today's behavior of the opposition and representatives of minority parties on the Constitutional Committee gives hope that they are aware of the horror of the political moment in which Montenegro finds itself.

We call on all political actors from the opposition and all individuals from the government who inherit what Montenegro renewed in the 2006 referendum to bury their hatchets and to direct all future actions against the Russian and Serbian agents gathered around Andrija Mandić as the occupation governor of Montenegro.

We call on them to use all means to oppose those who intend to destroy the future of this country and this society. We call on them to call citizens to the streets and to refuse obedience to the representatives of Vučić's occupation government in Montenegro.

We call on the international community to uncross its arms and get involved in preserving those values that have been trampled underfoot by a policy that has had their at least tacit support to this day.
