A reply from Serbia arrived: Spajić has a residence in Belgrade, Mandić is not in the records

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia informed the Republic of Serbia's Election Commission that Milojko Spajić, the leader of the Europe Now Movement, has a registered residence in Belgrade, while, according to the same data, Andrije Mandić does not have any persons residing in that country in the records, Pobjeda learns.
Regarding your letter addressed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which refers to the delivery of a notification as to whether the persons Andrija Mandić and Milojko Spajić, who, as stated in the letter, have announced their intention to run for president of Montenegro, have the right to vote and reside in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, from the aspect of competence of this Ministry, we inform you about the following:
based on the data from the submitted act and publicly available information by checking through the electronic records of the residence and place of residence of the citizens of this Ministry on February 10, 2023. year, it was established that the face of Andrija Mandić is not in the same. We also inform you that the person Milojko Spajić, according to the above records, has a registered residence in Belgrade, Zvezdara municipality, Topalovićeva street number 4 - says the answer of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia.
As a reminder, the National Electoral Commission asked the Republic of Serbia Electoral Commission to provide them with information on whether the leader of the "Europe Now" Movement Milojko Spajić and the president of the New Serbian Democracy Andrija Mandić are registered in the voter list of Serbia and - if so - in which place they realize it and at which address they have registered residence.
In the draft request that they will send to the REC, they stated that the announcements of candidacy indicate persons who exercise their right to vote in Serbia and have a registered residence in that country, and they reminded that the State Election Commission is obliged to declare their candidacy 48 hours after submission.
The deadline determined by the law calls into question the SEC's ability to factually determine within the stated deadline whether there are obstacles to accepting the candidacy in relation to persons who may have the right to vote and reside in another country - they pointed out in the request.
The Republican Election Commission of Serbia was asked for urgency and indicated that they must determine the list of presidential candidates by February 28.
Pobjeda wrote that in April 2021, Milojko Spajić had Serbian citizenship, as well as dual residence - in Belgrade and Podgorica. According to the information available to us, Spajić then had a registered residence at Topalovićeva 4 in Belgrade and an actual residence in Podgorica.
Spajić said earlier that he had never lived in Serbia.
I support the SEC to contact Singapore, to contact Japan, France and the USA because I have been there, but I have not been in Serbia, Milojko Spajić, the leader of the Europe Now Movement and candidate for the President of Montenegro, said recently.
I don't understand such an obsession with Serbia. It is a political farce. Why didn't they check some other candidates. The conditions are specified in the Constitution. I showed the conviction from the MUP, which claims that everything is fine, so if they claim that everything is fine, I don't see why I should doubt it - Spajić said recently.
Article 1 of the Law on the Election of the President states that the right to be elected as President is a citizen of Montenegro who has reached the age of 18 and who has resided in Montenegro for at least 10 years in the last 15 years before the day of the election.
