A signed contract for the teacher to teach the Serbian language

The director of the Dušan Bojović school in Nikšić, Ljiljana Papić, signed a contract with Vasilija Lješković to be a Serbian language teacher. Papić says that there was an oversight, an unintentional mistake, and that he will do his best to prevent this or similar things from happening in the future.
Papić states that no one in that school, including her, has any intention of renaming the subjects on their own, nor of going outside the framework prescribed by the Constitution and laws of Montenegro in any way.
Yesterday Pobjeda did not answer questions about this case from the Ministry of Education.
In schools, the subject is studied: Montenegrin-Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian language and literature.
Pobjeda had insight into the disputed contract, which was signed on March 1 of this year. The contract is concluded for a certain period of time with part-time work for four hours a week, until April 1 at the latest.
We recently wrote about the disputed contracts that are drawn up in Montenegrin schools, which concern another problem - the lack of staff. So it happens that directors hire a history professor to also teach subjects related to haircuts and hair care or music. In public, experts also pointed out that the principals of many schools cannot find professors from the group of subjects of mathematics, chemistry, and physics. They also organized round tables where it was announced that mathematics is taught by students, teachers, and English teachers, and at the end they announced that it is basically engaged - whoever arrives. Some schools have been announcing competitions for about 15 years and cannot find a mathematician. It was said that this staff is directed to where the income is higher - in the private sector, and that it is necessary to increase teachers' salaries, especially to increase the coefficients for the missing staff, but also to solve their housing issue. Individuals, staff at the Faculty of Science, representatives of CANU, professors, point out these difficulties, but the decision-makers, even though it is not known to the public, have not taken any action or reacted. It was at the meetings that it was said that the inter-institutional cooperation is bad, they commented that no one contacted them after, for example, they organized a round table where they talked about the shortage of mathematicians.
