ABAZOVIĆ'S FALSE ACCUSATIONS: SDT stated that there is no evidence that Dejan Ban is preparing a diversion of the "Vasilije" ferry

The Special State Prosecutor's Office rejected the report submitted by the co-owner and CEO of the company "Pomorski sabrabojc" Dejan Ban in connection with the statements of Prime Minister Dritan Abazović on February 24. Ban submitted the complaint after Abazović's statement in the Argumenti show on TVCG when he said that "Dejan Ban and a certain criminal group are preparing a diversion in relation to the Vasilije ferry".
According to the announcement of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, after the hearing of Prime Minister Abazović, it was determined that "this is information that was submitted by the competent state authority and which was not confirmed by evidence of appropriate quality".
With regard to your submission of the submission dated February 24 of this year entitled as notification to the citizen about the possible existence of a criminal offense for which he is being prosecuted ex officio, from which it follows that you have reported the possible preparation of a criminal offense that will be carried out in relation to the "Vasilije" ferry, it will not be undertake prosecution against a person for a criminal offense for which he is being prosecuted ex officio, because it was established from the notification collected by this prosecution from the Prime Minister and through the Special Police Department that this was information submitted by the competent state authority and which was not confirmed by the evidence of the appropriate quality - it is stated in the SDT notification signed by the state prosecutor assigned to the Special State Prosecutor's Office Vukas Radonjić.
Ban sent the Special State Prosecutor's Office a "citizen's notification about the possible existence of a criminal offense that is being prosecuted ex officio" regarding the statement that Prime Minister Dritan Abazović made publicly on his account, guesting together with Ban, on the show "Argumenti" on RTCG.
In the aforementioned show, Prime Minister Abazović publicly stated that "Dejan Ban, together with a certain criminal group, is preparing a diversion in relation to the ferry "Vasilije" and the ferry line that currently operates on the Kamenari-Lepetane route. Given that these are very serious qualifications and accusations , with this letter, I invite the Special State Prosecutor's Office to summon and listen to Prime Minister Dritan Abazović on the circumstances that he publicly stated in the aforementioned show and to notify this prosecutor's office in relation to his findings - it was stated in Ban's letter to SDT.
