The continuation of the Sixth Session of the Second Regular (Autumn) Session in 2024 - the third day was suspended after opposition representatives announced that they would not allow a session of an institution whose president violates the Constitution to be held.

DPS MP Aleksandra Vuković Kuč sent a message to President Andrija Mandić that she would not allow the session to be held due to the violation of the Constitution.

"The opposition will not allow sessions to be held and until the ruling party returns to its previous state, we will have a parliamentary crisis," Vuković Kuč stressed, calling on Prime Minister Milojko Spajić "to come to his senses".

She also recalled the incident from the previous session.

"We have had an unprecedented insult to a female MP that was not condemned by the President of the State, the Government, or the Parliament, thereby establishing their macho trenches, and claiming a bargain in the face of political calculations and manipulations - all to the detriment of the citizens of Montenegro, especially its women," added Vuković Kuč.

Mandić then said that it was necessary to think about Montenegro's European path, adding that for that goal he was ready to "carry others on his back."

Then, MPs from the Democratic Party of Socialists, Social Democrats, Social Democratic Party, Civic Movement URA, and Croatian Civic Initiative surrounded and approached Mandić's table, after which he invited them "to identify themselves so that there would be no misunderstandings," announcing afterwards that he would impose measures on them.
