Mladen Bulatović activated a bomb before he came to the point of control in the Basic Court in which police officers were sent to the director of the Police Management (UP) Zoran Brdjanin.

The police were brought in a situation that for several years it has been provided to work in courtrooms, although there are no legal conditions for this. The police do it by physical presence, "Brdjanin said.

As he pointed out, in the building of the Basic Court, at the beginning of the stairs were police officers, that Bulatovic came to them, checked whether he had a justifiable reason to attend the courtrooms,

The moment such events of citizens' safety occurs is endangered. We need to know that this is life and phenomena that cannot be prevented, and our role is to try to prevent this - the director of the Police Management Board.

We remind you, Mladen Bulatović (40) suffered during the activation of the hand bomb in the Basic Court in Podgorica this morning, and eight people were injured.

The explosive device is activated in the holder of the ground floor where there are counters for working with the Parties, the Office, and in the presence of a large number of employees and citizens.
