BS Pljevlja: At the head of the national library, a person who publicly spread intolerance towards Bosniaks

Pljevlja was and remains an anti-fascist and multi-ethnic city, where members of different religions have lived together for centuries. The majority of Pljevlja will not allow the local government, through the appointment of persons who spread interreligious hatred to the top positions of local councils and institutions, to worsen interpersonal relations in the city, announced the Municipal Committee of the Bosniak Party of Pljevlja.
From that BS committee, they reacted to the appointment of Bojana Đačićez, acting director of the National Library "Stevan Samardžić" in Pljevlja.
"But we are worried about the future of our children, who will use the services of the "Stevan Samardžić" library. We are concerned, because by the will of the local majority, the head of this institution will be held by a person known for spreading intolerance towards Bosniaks and Croats. That's why we ask, what kind of book collection will be available to service users, especially the youngest, who need to create their ideas through the world of books, which they will follow throughout their lives", they stated from BS Pljevlja.
They call on the constituents of the government in Pljevlja to publicly announce, "whether these are the values they stand for, bearing in mind that they are talking to the citizens of Pljevlja about European and anti-fascist values."
"We call on the local self-government to explain to the citizens who are taxpayers, from whom the newly appointed director of the library will receive a salary, to get an answer, whether the fact that she publicly belittled and insulted the Bosniak people was recommended for the said position," states the reaction of OO BS Pljevlja .
