The President of the President of the Council of Radio and Television of Montenegro (RTCG) Marijana Camović-Veličković was heard in the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) regarding the illegal election of the Director General of that media house, Boris Raonić.
We reminded, Camovic-Veličković did not participate in the re-election of the Raonić after the Senior Court's final judgment, warning colleagues to participate in a crime.
I was heard as a sedoke regarding the events in the public service, ie the session of the Council, a more precise constituting meeting that preceded that session on June 1st. I told the prosecutor my sight of things, that is, all that was happening that two days. In that sense, I did not say anything spectacularly that I had already told the media, I said the Raonic was present at the Convent Day, when he was not the general manager that we were told in the session.
It notes that the Raonić was attended by a fully unauthorized person, the meeting of the Council and the Day later resided in the Cabinet General of the Public Service Director.
He was in his former workplace on that day, completely convinced that the opposite of the final court judgment would be re-elected in the position of General Manager - she said.
On request, Camović-Veličković expects that he hopes to come out with the attitude, because, as he adds, there is really a basis for the criminal people who have chosen Boris Raons in the position of General Director of RTCG.

When asked by journalists whether there are changes in the managerial structure, given that the Council has not respected the Senior Court's decision, the Proponent of the Council of RTCG points out that if the state finds force to do so, they will do so.
I remind him, except for the Raonic, that the state authorities determined that the director of Television Marija Tomašević did not a legitimate manner chosen, that is, in moments when he was appointed interest as Boris Raonić. She remains that duty. So, the leading people in the public service are not in a legitimate manner chosen where they are - Camovic-Veličković concluded.
We remind, hearing members of the Council of RTCG and employees in the public service, regarding the illegal election of the Director General of that media house, Boris Raonić, continued today in the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
Apart from her, members of Milica Spaj and Bojan Baća, as well as the head of the legal service, Želimir Mićović, were heard today.
On June 1, Raonić was appointed to the General Manager of RTCG, despite the final judgment of the High Court, according to which he was determined that he was elected illegally in August 2021 - because he was in conflict of interest. At the moment, Raonić was already performing the public function of the member of the Council of the Electronic Media Agency. According to the Judgment of the High Court, it was a violation of the Law on the National Public Broadcaster.
