Camović-Veličković submitted an initiative for the dismissal of Drljević and requested that the Council declare about it at the next session

I submitted an initiative for the dismissal of Veselin Drljević from the position of president of the Council of Radio and Television of Montenegro (RTCG) and requested that the Council discuss it and make a statement at the first following session - announced the vice-president of the Council of RTCG Marijana Camović-Veličković.
She did it because of abuse of the position Drljević is in and violation of the rules of procedure of the RTCG Council.
Bearing in mind the events at the Council session held on October 11, 2023 starting at 5 p.m. via the Zoom platform and the actions of the President of the RTCG Council, Veselin Drljević, I hereby submit an initiative for his dismissal from that position and request that it be put on the agenda of the first next session of the Council as a separate item. In this way, I inform you that due to the adoption of the minutes from the 31st session of the Council, which was adopted on October 11 during the 32nd session, I am withdrawing my opinion completely because the additions that I submitted in a timely manner were not taken into account, without which it cannot be obtained proper insight into the course of the session and my presentations during all points of the agenda - she stated in the initiative.
Along with the initiative, she submitted a document related to the relocation of funds and changes to the financial plan.
Because I see that it is not on the RTCG website, and it is very important because you can see how, towards the end of the year, millions are transferred from item to item just to spend money and avoid returning unspent funds to the budget. The relocation was proposed because the tender for the purchase of an LED wall for a large studio worth 423,500 euros was not realized, but the changes in the financial plan are "more difficult" than one million euros. Thus, the opportunity was used to insert a completely new item "robotized pedestals for studio 2 with cable management (3 pieces)" worth 695,000 euros, to add another 100,000 euros for construction work on the RTCG building, for which 670,000 is already planned only during 2023. ., the item for severance payments was increased by 48,000 euros and now amounts to 188,000 euros (in previous years, about 30,000 euros were allocated on this basis), etc. - stated Camović-Veličković.
As she said, the document was adopted at a Zoom session on October 11, which was not attended by the media, and I subsequently reviewed the recorded material.
