Candidates for general director of RTCG: Bar Association to sanction Đukanović

Candidates for the general director of RTCG request from the Bar Association that RTCG lawyer Zorica Đukanović be prosecuted and that sanctions be imposed on her, because, they say, she violated several articles of the Code of Professional Ethics of Montenegro's lawyers.
"Zorica Đukanović has been an RTCG lawyer since October 2021. She was paid to protect the interests of the client, that is, RTCG, and the public interest. We are reporting her because she used the engagement not to protect her house but an individual and - an outsider: the illegally elected CEO of RTCG Boris Raonic. She did not represent RTCG in the disputes, she did not deal with determining the correctness of the conducted competition, but justifying the election of only one of the candidates, at any cost order, she tried to dispute the legitimacy of the plaintiffs Nikola Marković and Srđan Čović when they pointed to the violation of the law," states the statement signed by Časlav Vujotić, Andrijana Kadija, Slaven Knezović, Sabrija Vulić, Žarko Božović, Snežana Burzan Vuksanović, Srđan Čović and Vladimir Marash.
They say that Đukanović put herself "in the service of the one who usurped the house that pays for it".

Also, she represented RTCG in cases where even the Legal Service did not find a reason to file lawsuits, correctly in cases when it was necessary to collect from other employees without any legal and logical basis the exact amount that Raonic and the Legal Service "negotiated" and paid. Those actions were not for the benefit of RTCG, but the result of Boris Raonic's bribery, which was later determined by the court to be an unqualified candidate. He tried to deal with the professionals who disclosed the illegality and harmfulness of his appointment. And with the complicity of Zorica Đukanović, beyond the interests of the Public Service. Irresponsibility and disloyalty to RTCG turned into hypocrisy during the last, fourth, appointment of her favorite as CEO. Faced with the legal fact that one person can be appointed to that position twice, at the session of the RTCG Council on August 29, her letter was considered where she sought justification for the appointment beyond that measure - they state in the announcement.
They add that in previous court cases, lost by her and Raonic, Đukanović argued that Raonic was legally elected.
- Now, contrary to her "truth" at the time, she points out that her protégé was - illegally elected. Which gives him the right to run again. Sometimes illegally, sometimes legally named in her inconsistent behavior. As he needs it. To him, not to the public service. According to the last variant, it turns out that the person in question was never even a director. And four years of his reign were 'eaten by locusts'. It turns out that RTCG spent that time without a director. Sorry, without Boris Raonic. Whose signatures are on numerous contracts (harmful?) or dismissals of that era. The consequences of that lawlessness are numerous - from financial to human destinies, all with the help of a lawyer whose unscrupulous work we point out. Such behavior could perhaps be relativized if Zorica Đukanović is the personal lawyer of candidate Raonic and receives money from him for her engagement. But no, because she was hired by RTCG, a media service for all citizens. This is classic unethical behavior and disloyalty to the client. The client is RTCG and not Boris Raonic - they conclude in the announcement.
