Candidates for general director of RTCG wrote to the Labor Inspection because of Raonic: Don't repeat the mistakes

AUTHOR: M.J.

Candidates for general director of RTCG Časlav Vujotić, Andrijana Kadija, Slaven Knezović, Sabrija Vulić, Žarko Božović, Snežana Burzan Vuksanović, Srđan Čović wrote to the Directorate for Inspection Affairs - Labor Inspection and appealed that, as they state, in accordance with their indisputable legal powers, they should be involved in a timely manner in the process of electing the general director of RTCG.

"The situation from August 2021 is being repeated, when due to the indolence of your institution, a candidate was elected who did not meet the basic requirements of the Labor Law, which resulted in many litigation processes and incalculable damage to the reputation of RTCG. Do not repeat the mistakes," the letter said.

They believe that it must be examined:

1. Who overlooked the fact that Boris Raonić was twice appointed as general director by the Decision of the RTCG Council, no. 01-5582, dated August 6, 2021. year and the Decision of the RTCG Council, no. 01-3576 from 01.06.2023. year?

As a reminder, Article 35 of the Law on the National Public Broadcaster states that, "the same person can be appointed as general director a maximum of two times".

They also ask: Who issued and signed a certificate to Boris Raonić that he has 5 years of work experience, given that Article 5, point 8 of the Labor Law defines work experience as "the time spent in employment and professional training in accordance with the law, in qualification of the level of education, that is, in the professional qualification''?

"From the attached documents, it is easy to see that Boris Raonic obtained the VII1 degree in April 2018, and that the Basic, Higher, Supreme Court and KAS confirmed that his appointments were illegal, so at best he has 3 years and 4 months of legal work experience", the letter of the seven candidates for general director of RTCG states.
