Candidates for the Director-General of RTCG Sabrija Vulić, Srdjan Covic, Snežana Burzan, Vladivir Knezović and Slaven Knezović sent a letter to the Presidents of the European Commission, in which, among other things, call to help the state, For the beginning, as they said, the example of RTCG shows a willingness to respect yourself, own laws and court judgments as well as European standards and principles.
Let's transfer a letter in full:
"Dear Mrs Fon Der Lajen, President of the European Commission,
We welcome your arrival in Montenegro with great pleasure, a country in which everyone swears love, multiethiness, multiculturalism and above all the rule of law. Welcome to the country where the majority of the laws and court decisions apply, and they violate them, which was declarative, and until recently the money of the EU funds, allegedly fought the rule of law. Welcome to the country in which based on court decisions, the Director General of the Most Important Media House in the Country, Public Service "Radio and Television of Montenegro", three times elected irregularly and about which the final court judgments did not have legal effect, because it is not they acted on them. But he still stands at the head of the RTCG public service, because, interesting, that doesn't matter to anyone and that is why an individual is more important than the system, whether the media is more important. We want the true rule of law and meritocracy associated with European reform, but with this man, Council of RTCG, and Management, we are far from these reforms, because we live in the system in which some political parties are repeated and "respect" laws As they respond to them, and to the detriment of European and NATO integration.
That is why we invite you to help us to start the state, in the example of RTCG, will show a willingness to respect yourself, our own laws and court judgments as well as European standards and principles.
We wish you a beautiful stay in Montenegro.
