Cetinje: Police prevented a conflict between supporters of Metropolitan Mihail and Bishop Boris

SOURCE: POBJEDA/ M.J.
Believers of the Montenegrin Orthodox Church (CPC) gathered today to order Christmas decorations in front of the Castle of King Nikola in Cetinje. However, the unpleasant scenes that followed after that cast a shadow on today's event.
Before the beginning of the laying, the national anthem was sung, and after that there was an incident because Metropolitan Mihailo of the CPC and former Vicar Bishop of the CPC Boris appeared in the Palace Square.
Metropolitan Mihailo was outraged by the appearance of Boris, who consecrated the Christmas tree.
We remind you that Boris was dismissed by the Holy Synod of Bishops of the CPC for "schismatic and non-church activities", which resulted in his, as the CPC said, his non-canonical self-proclamation as metropolitan.
After that, as Pobjeda's reporter reports, there were tensions and pushing between the supporters of Mihailo and Boris. A major incident was prevented by the police.
