Criminal cases against individual members of the Council of Radio-Television of Montenegro, but also the director of that Media house of Boris Raonić, and the manager of the legal service and lawyers are located in the Special State Prosecutor's Office and are united to lead a unique procedure.

The first criminal case, which was passed on June 16, forwarded to the SDT, was against the five members of the Council of Radio and Television of Montenegro, as the public officials were reported and the criminal offense of abuse of official position.
In reconnaissance, certain written and electronic evidence, notifications and data from the Council of Radio and Television, the proceedings continued to hear the suspects of the Council, but has not yet been heard - said Special State Prosecutor Radonjić.
Applications were filed against the president and members of the Council of RTCG Veselina Drljović, Predrag Miranović and Amine Murić, the execution of the final and executive judgment and enabled the acquisition of illegally elected General Manager to Raonić.

This was a violation of the Law on the National Public Broadcaster.
Then the Court then gave two possibilities as a legal recommendation by the advice - to announce a new competition or that the remaining candidates reported in 2021 are choosing a new director.
The legal consequence of the annulment of appointment is a re-election between reported candidates or annulment of the competition, in which the proceedings have the opportunity to review the remaining applications and decide in accordance with the law.
However, the Council has then chosen not to announce a new competition, but decided again between Nikola Markovic, Millutin Stijepovic, Srdjan Covic, and in direct opposition to the verdict of the Higher Court that orders that the re-election can only perform from the remaining candidates.
The suspect members of the Council participated in the statement on the list of candidates. Four votes were for the desk, and one leaf was invalid, that is, no candidate was rounded.
In the eve of the voting, the session left the Council of Marijana Camović-Veličković, which would prevail if the majority of the Court, in the Suggestions of the Court, will not exempt from the Candidate's list from the competition list who was announced on 17 June 2021.
