COMMENTARY: THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE AS A WEAPON OF THE AUTHORITY AGAINST MONTENEGRENS AND JUSTICE

AUTHOR: M. JAHOVIĆ
Some time ago, our portal sent questions to the Montenegrin Prosecutor's Office, seeking answers to some current and significant processes of public interest. Of course we were left without an answer. Because it is clear to everyone that the Montenegrin prosecutor's office, especially its leaders, are in those positions in order to be a weapon in the hands of the pawns of Belgrade and Moscow, who are currently in power in Podgorica through election theft. The prosecution will not give an answer to the case of attempted coup d'état terrorism from 2016, for which evidence was provided by the services of the United Kingdom, the United States, Europol and Serbia itself. They will not give an answer because the weapons are in the hands of those who tried to carry out that crime and for which they have already been convicted. thus, Montenegro became the first country whose key positions are occupied by terrorists, and the Montenegrin prosecutor's office is a weapon in the hands of terrorists, and therefore unprofessional, and the only thing it can serve is to embarrass the entire judiciary in Montenegro.
We also asked what the prosecutor's office is waiting for and doing with the repeatedly ruled illegal election of the general director of RTCG. There was no answer, and the case was assigned to the prosecutor, who is known for being a registered abuser of two wives, former and current. And how miserable the Montenegrin prosecutor's office is is best shown by the fact that it appointed that prosecutor to the body in charge of combating domestic violence. Disgusting!
Prosecutors abuse their former colleagues, imprison them without trial and any evidence, keep them in custody for a long time inappropriately and in violation of all laws and international conventions. They are assigned ex officio lawyers who are champions of political structures convicted of terrorism, known for spreading hatred, misogyny, and homophobic outbursts. In the absence of evidence and the impossibility to accuse the detainees of what they would like, and the sin is theirs because they did their job honestly, especially in the case of a coup d'état, they are charged with brandy production, too many planted tomatoes and lettuce on their own properties and similar nebulae.
Prosecutors and directors of certain institutions are arrested, who received evidence of illegal activities and enrichment of the heads of the prosecution, the judiciary, the police and the leaders of the current government. They are allegedly being arrested because they were awarding themselves and their colleagues variables and allowances for overtime work and the use of a company car. Spectacular police actions are carried out, government leaders announce arrests hours before they happen. But the public remains deprived of the answer that these very prosecutors and leaders of the Government granted themselves the same benefits many times over, so there is no arrest of them, let alone the arrest in the RTCG.
Former prosecutor Milivoje Katnić is one of the accused or rather persecuted by the prosecutor's office and the political elite in power because he did his job honestly. Katnić has been on a hunger and thirst strike for days and is thus protesting against staged political and national persecution. If the prosecution does not survive, the authorities will be held responsible. Because death due to a hunger strike is murder by the state. Sooner or later, you will come to justice and answer for the pure fascism they are carrying out on Montenegrins and everyone else who thinks well of Montenegro. Of course, our portal has informed all institutions in the United States about all this, and will do the same with the United Nations. The day of lost freedom in Montenegro, and the liberation of the judiciary and prosecution, is fast approaching, when the professionals who lead the institutions in Montenegro will be brought to justice.
