The situation around the initiative for assessing the constitutionality of the decree by which the President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, dissolved by the parliament somewhere was predictable, so we can expect you to be elected and happening. The elections are inevitable, we have all three branches of government in the VD state, illegitimate condition for decision-making. And it's just more than high-end time to get the choice. That institutions receive legitimet and to operate functionally and in accordance with law. This should be the interest of every citizen, let alone those in positions of decision makers.
