REQUESTED: ANTENA M
RTCG journalist Tanja Šuković sent a new letter to the president of the Council of that media outlet, which we are publishing in its entirety:
"Dear professor, doctor, assistant professor Veselina Drljević, president of the Council,
How are you, how are you brave? With great restlessness in my heart and soul, I am following these latest events and trials to which you are exposed, not only you, but also four of your colleagues from the Council. I believe that you have not given in to spiritism and that you are courageously enduring "these attempts of the Prosecutor's Office to put the best that Montenegro has, the Montenegrin elite, on the pillar of shame." If you didn't recognize yourself (I didn't immediately figure out who it was either), let me explain – that's how General Boris described you and your four colleagues. I only got it on the second viewing, but still – it was touching, because Bobi, when he wants to, really knows how to express emotion! Admittedly, only with chosen words because emotion cannot be recognized on his stone devil face.
Anyway, with great attention and goodwill I followed the "spontaneously" organized guest appearance of our General, on our Public Service, on the occasion of the great anniversary that our house is celebrating. Well, now, since it seemed to some like a classic abuse of RTCG and since the anniversary was hardly even mentioned, what can we do. My God, it's happening... An emergency situation, brings up the conversation... Unexpected questions, provocative... The interlocutor, that is Boris, is surprised, but open and ready to talk about everything. As he himself said "we have answers to everything". We see and hear, dear Bobi, but what answers?! I become boring, I repeat, but I insist that you believe me - well-intentioned... You tell him - He doesn't like public appearances! He seems scared and vindictive. He can't do that. That's not how someone who "receives bullets intended for others" looks.
As a great connoisseur of the journalistic profession, you couldn't have missed the pile of professional sins that were deliberately committed in Bobby's appearance last night: he predicted the outcome of the court verdict, threatened the Montenegrin judicial system and thus possibly exercised illegal influence on that branch of government... supposedly for your and other members of the Council's benefit, but in fact primarily for his own.
Not to mention that he couldn't have tricked you, as one of the bards of the industry, what he tried to trick the layman of the same, while explaining the famous "shooting at the police" at Belvedere - the Police Department is a second-rate source when you have your reporter and team on the spot. Just as you wouldn't have missed the absence of a question about the lack of work experience at the required level of education, as a condition for the first marriage with the title of General.
But, here, if you haven't managed to follow another episode of the transformation of the public service into a private one, let me convey to you a few key things from Bobby's guest appearance.
*Bobby, by his own admission, came to RTCG "from the meadow". Which, honestly, based on everything he has done and said, seems like the only possible starting point, but I don't know why he mentions the NGO sector in his official CV?! The Civic Alliance gives a better return than the meadow, is that the issue?
*You, the creator of the best of sports editorial, and four of your colleagues - the former rector of the University, a man who ennobles Montenegro, a young lawyer who has the "strictest ethical code" and Amina, are "the best that Montenegro has. That's what Boris said, and he should be believed. Miloš Karadaglic, Romana Đuranović, Tamara Rađenović, Mišo Obradović, Buksovci and the rest of our pearls, do you sleep peacefully or are you consumed by anger that someone has finally thrown the truth in your face?!
*Bobi will not resign! He explained it precisely and was extremely honest: “Not to keep himself in this position, to keep his position or to secure something for himself.” I guess because of such strength of conviction, not even convoys of heavy machinery with cables all pulled out could hardly move him from his office penthouse. We are living witnesses, for three long years now.
*According to Bobi, the enemy structures that are constantly working against the Public Service are those that had a tool, but they need a new one, because theirs was used. If you don't believe me, here's a quote: "The political structures of the former government or some structures that wanted to move here (to RTCG), political structures or commercial media structures that wanted to get a new tool, because they sold their tool that had been used for many years."
*There are obstructions within the Public Service Broadcasting! The obstructions are mostly by idlers who loiter in the corridors, jealous and envious, opponents of the modernization of the Public Service Broadcasting, in a word - relics of the past! Bobi is not squeamish about what those Methuselahs have done in this house and is happy to adorn themselves with their works, but he is so focused on digitalization, artificial intelligence, and the challenges of the new age that the gray heads who remember film strips really annoy him. He would rather put them in a museum! But one that is closed to visitors.
*Bobi is always "ready to protect his colleagues and take bullets instead of them". That's right! The people of Podgorica have a catchphrase for similar examples - When he says good morning to you, feel free to put on your pajamas.I have an annex here. Please, pass it on to him, I prefer to defend myself. The last time he “protected” me, I collected medical documentation the size of Vujaklija’s dictionary!
Dear President of the Council, the fifth part of the best that Montenegro and the Montenegrin elite have,
I left Boris’s most brilliant opinion for last.
*The prosecutors who worked on your case (the indictment that the ODT filed against you and four of your colleagues) had close contacts with organized crime groups! And, as Bobi says, this accusation against you is nonsense!
I think you can now relax. Here, as you can see – Boris will not give a damn about you! As he said – you suffered serious torture, threats, there was also abuse by the secret police… You have gone through Scylla and Charybdis together, so you will do this too.
Although… It bothers me a little and that's why I'm yawning – these bullets that Bobi mentions, figuratively of course, could easily bypass him, and the "best that Montenegro has", that is, you and your four colleagues, would suffer. Not that I'm a slut, slut, but here... A scene from a movie comes to mind and a significant sentence: The one he spoke about the most beautifully will be the first to come forward and testify against you!
Just so you know, there are all kinds of rumors. One of the "best that Montenegro has" - bowed down... Ready to cooperate. Can you guess who is the weakest?
May God grant you wisdom and patience, thank you."
