EU Delegation: We expect Montenegro to continue 100% compliance with our external and security policy

Montenegro is needed by a pro-European, stable, functional and capable government that will maintain the EU's strategic path and implement EU agenda reforms to progress towards accession, they said from the Delegation of the European Union (EU) in Podgorica.

We expect Montenegro to continue to be 100% compliant with the EU external and security policy, addressing the EU's delegation to the possible formation of a minority government that would be from parliament, without participation in it , supported the coalition for the future of Montenegro (ZBCG), and would they cooperate with such a rule.

From the delegation, the EU membership remains a pursuit of huge majority of Montenegrin citizens, and that all political forces work responsibly on the affirmation of consensus and progress in this regard, as they say, valuable time already lost.

The European Commission wants to see the establishment of a stable and reform majority in the Assembly. This same majority must also be prone to a clearance of the Association with the opposition and achieving consensus on key EU reforms - say from the delegation.
