The German ambassador to Montenegro, Peter Felten, denied the allegations published by the Borba portal that the Embassy of that country is conducting a survey of public opinion for the presidential elections.
Portal Borba.e published a text today stating that the German Embassy commissioned a public opinion poll on the presidential candidates. I want to inform you that our Embassy did not commission any public opinion poll and that Borba is only spreading fake news and misinformation. Shameful - said Felten on Twitter.
The alleged research was shared on social networks by officials of the Democratic Front (DF) and attributed to the German Embassy.
