Dalibor Nikolić The indictment of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica is charged with the murder of pregnant unmarried Nerde (27) in the bar settlement of Sokolan.
The trial for the Surevo Murder is completed to zoom out of the bar from the bar, which died in January last year from the consequences of severe physical violence. In the High Court in Podgorica, the verdict will be imposed on December 12.
During the 15th and 16th of January last year, Nikolic was beating the woman eight hours last year. From 22 hours to six hours the next day, he beat a pregnant woman after the quarrel until the three of their minor children (from 10, eight and four years ago) were in a family house.
As he broadcasts the coastal portal, after eight hours of beating Zumrita lay in bed and did not respond to several calls Nikolic to cook their coffee. From the consequence of the beating, she died on January 22 at the Clinical Center of Montenegro. The indictment states that NERDA received more than tens of punches and improvised baseball batons, and her doctors stated five serious bodily injuries and 11 lighter, including bones on his hands and legs.
The cousin of Muharem Nerda confirmed that Zimrita suffered violence.
"Damaged all the time of suffered physical and mental pain of strong intensity and longer duration" writes in the indictment.
Dalibor Nikolić (33) from Bosnia and Herzegovina with a bar and the police arrested at the Border Transition of Dobrakovo on January 17, the day after left a beaten woman and three minor children in front of the general hospital in Bar.
Zumrita Nerda from Bar was only 27 years old.
