On the occasion of various interpretations from the past days that have been concerned with my case, and after today's "Link" show, which has been reported by a series of non -tate information, I am obliged to get to know the public with all the facts:
At the very beginning, I would like to emphasize that last week, the editor of the first program of Radio Montenegro Milutin Tomašević made it clear to me that in the future, because of the use of Jotovan version of the Montenegrin language, I will not work in informative shows. On this occasion, Tomašević told me that in the future I would only do what comes from my employment contract, which is an engagement within the minority program - editorial staff in the languages of fewer numerous peoples.
I made it clear then that it was a violation of my constitutional rights, requiring Tomasevic that he and RCG director in writing submitted this decision, which I later did to me and formally through the archive.
I must emphasize that I have witnesses for this.
Tomasevic, however, denied in a written response that he asked me, while RCG director pointed out that it was my desire to be a desk journalist at the same time. The fact is, however, that I have been a journalist as part of the Desk for a long time, by the decision of the top of RCG, and that I reported almost daily from the event, at the request of the DESK and editors chiefs, which is easy to check with the insight into either which emission from the past period. After all, there is also a record of the effect, as well as a list of 36 journalists deployed on the DESK and broadcast columns.
In this way, unlike me, who duly execute everything that goes from my employment contract, this is not the case with a considerable number of my colleagues.
In Damuđeljak, January 23, I spoke with this topic with the CEO of RTCG and also provided him with the responses of the director and editor of RCG, which he did not even have. After the interview, I thought that the Director General would remain neutral until the truth was proven. However, in today's "Link" show, the General Director, with the presentation of falsehoods, and the construction of some Ataci on RTCG and political matches, made it clear.
I have already mentioned that for the claims of what Tomasevic told me, I have witnesses, who are distinguished and credible members of the collective.
I responsibly claim that every information about what Tomasevic told me credible. Attempts to translate this to the field of politics are in vain, and after all - and in the very show "Link", the epistle of DPS Aleksandra Vukovic did not put 'on my side' in one way. It just says that I don't even have any political support, nor do I need it.
I didn't even have it before, nor had I had godparents and friends to set me up to responsible positions in a public service. And I'm proud of that.
It is in this example, however, one can see what kind of falsehood the management of a public service is ready, but also to what extent they are willing to persecute and violate human rights. It is very devastating that I will have to invite the witnesses to prove something that is true, and that RCG leadership wants to deny the unbelief manipulation.
Constitutional rights are guaranteed to every citizen, and so are I. And there is nothing that will hesitate to fight that they are respected in my case - first through the domestic ones, and if needed then in front of international instances.
