The President of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic sent a telegram of condolences on the death of Professor, writer, scientists and a prominent politician of the Novak Kilibarde to his family.

With sincere regret I received the news of your esteemed husband, parent, brother, a famous professor of literature, writer and scientists, and a significant politician marked by his authentic actions of contemporary Montenegro, whose renewal of independence gave Invaluable contribution - said Djukanovic.

He pointed out that his recognizable political engagement symbolically illustrates the path of state development and the democratic turn and rebirth of Montenegro for the past decades.
