The head of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) councilors' club in the Capital City Assembly, Andrija Klikovac, posted on Twitter a screenshot of a post by Emil Labudović, a member of the National Library Council, "Radosav Ljumović", in which he insults the US ambassador, Judi Rising Rincke.
Klikovac pointed out that Labudović was proposed by Podgorica mayor Olivera Injac.
This is a new level of "culture" in Podgorica. Bravo to Milojko Spajić and the mayor - said Klikovac in a post on Twitter.
