Lekić: The reconstruction of the fallen government is legal nonsense

The reconstruction of a government that has already fallen can only be said by someone who is not bound by the legal order or a sense of responsibility. Additionally, even if it would be legally acceptable, it is equally pointless and brazen to advocate solutions that would give the mandate to form the government again to Dritan Abazović, whose government has fallen, announced the vice-president of the Social Democrats (SD) Milica Lekić.
In a guest appearance on TV E, Lekić reminded that this government, after decades of criticizing party recruitment, has become a champion in the same.
Several thousand people throughout the public administration were employed in an extremely short period of time. And the fact that the Government is in a technical mandate did not prevent it from continuing to employ politically, on the contrary: it encouraged it to speed it up - she said.
She specifically referred to the practice of this Government to implement its decisions contrary to good practices and regulations.
Here, laws are proposed to secure or shorten a person's mandate. Here contracts are terminated based on one's personal opinion. All this will end relatively quickly, unfortunately, in the courts, and possibly with large compensations that the state will pay. Well, just remember that the URA, among other things, proposed changes to the law that enabled the dismissal of over 200 school principals, so it ended up causing hundreds of thousands of damage to the state - the vice-president of the SD pointed out.
Lekić concluded that the last debt of 100 million with an interest rate of almost 10 percent, as well as prices that are significantly higher than in the rest of Europe, is the best indication of the bad moves of the last two governments, which is a clear indication that the majority of these are domestically produced economic problems.
