Mandić imposed a 15-day suspension on the opposition, the opposition left the meeting, increased police presence in the Parliament building

The session of the Collegium of the Parliament of Montenegro began half an hour later than the agreed time and lasted only two minutes!

As Antena M has learned, the President of the Parliament Andrija Mandić informed the heads of the opposition party clubs that he imposed a 15-day suspension on their MPs from the plenary session. After that, the opposition representatives left the meeting, stating that Mandić and the parliamentary majority do not want to find a solution to the problem through dialogue.

The opposition will soon hold a press conference in the Parliament hall.

There is unconfirmed information that the Parliament of Montenegro could already sit today and adopt the Budget? Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Boris Pejović (PES) announced this possibility to journalists in the Parliament.

An Antena M reporter from the Parliament reports that there is an increased police presence in the building. Interestingly, all the police officers are in plainclothes and are located in the Red Salon, near the plenary hall.

As a reminder, the Speaker of the Parliament Andrija Mandić sent an invitation to the heads of the parliamentary groups to continue the session that was interrupted on Friday at 1 pm today.
