Archpriest Stefan Marković, parish priest of Cetinje and elder of the Church of St. Ivan Crnojević, pointed out what he said was the dishonorable attitude of the Radio and Television of Montenegro, which "in an extremely un-Christian and obscure manner transmitted to the public the Christmas message of Metropolitan Boris".
Marković claims that the Public Service used the material sent to them by the cabinet of Metropolitan Boris, to make the letter of Metropolitan Mihailo public, and only then, as he said, "reproduced the Christmas message of Metropolitan Boris, thereby introducing confusion among the people and devaluing his address".
Taking into account everything that has been done, I made the decision that the above-mentioned medium does not have the blessing to record and announce the part from the Christmas liturgy from the church of St. Ivan Crnojević from Cetinje. Of course, as I told the television crew, they are always welcome like all people of good will, but not as journalists of the Public Service, which has been working against the interests of the Montenegrin Orthodox Church and the Montenegrin people for several years - archpriest Marković pointed out in the press release.
He added that he hopes that the Public Service will perceive this gesture as extremely benevolent, so that, as he said, they will change their approach and learn the true true values and love for their Montenegrin church and people.
