Marković: Promotion of Chetnik ideology in the City Library "Radosav Ljumović" is a shame for everyone

The promotion of Chetnism in the City Library, which bears the name of the revolutionary and anti-fascist Radosav Ljumović, is a great shame for the capital and for all the citizens of Podgorica and Montenegro - said the vice-president of the Liberal Party, Jelena Marković.
We remind you that the National Library "Radosav Ljumović" organized an author's evening last night by Nenad Milkić and Mihailo Medenica. Milkić is the author of several novels ("Column", "Bones", "My Name is Dunja", "Distimija" and the trilogy "We Defended the Baskets"), in which, according to him, the genesis of hatred is described, conflict and suffering of Serbs during the wars in the territory of the former SFRY. Medenica is a journalist and commentator, an occasional columnist for the pro-Russian-Serbian portal IN4S, one of whose founders is the current rector of the University of Montenegro, Vladimir Božović.
Marković said that this "promotion of the Chetniks shows that they are still celebrating the siege of Sarajevo and promoting the killing of innocent children and citizens of Sarajevo."
I hereby call on the mayor (Olivera) Injac to immediately dismiss the director of this important cultural institution and the Board of Directors who allowed this scandal of the first order. Otherwise, we ask Mrs. Injac to resign - said Marković.
